A real plus in a small kitchen! I like the overall design and being able to remove the “drip pans” easily to pour off standing water is genius. No more ugly hard water stains on the dish rack!And the bad... this came without any assembly instructions or parts list. Fortunately my husband was able to assemble it quickly anyway, however for someone else it might have been a problem. It also had a major defect: One leg was about half an inch shorter than the other three legs! We figured out a solution by adding a spare nut or two that we just happened to have in our toolbox. Not ideal but it worked and was easier than dealing with the hassle of returning the item. So obviously quality control is an issue with this supplier. Not sure how that bad a defect got through inspection.I love the size and that it holds a lot. I wish it had a place for glasses acups. Not good for pots and pans, and I wish it was a little heavier. That said it holds a lot and dries all beautifully.I love this dish rack! I have a small kitchen and counter space is a real issue. This dish rack saves space, can hold a lot of dishes, is strong, not bad to look at, and is very well designed. The metal on the bottom rack is shaped/designed to hold bowls upright so they drain properly. Each level has its own drip tray. And the hooks on the end hold frying pans, large serving utensils, miscellaneous items, etc. It's design was very well thought out, probably by a woman, lol. ?Got this because I'm moving in with my bf. Fits perfectly for two peopleShipping was really fast. Amazon must have a warehouse in every town. The rack was what I expected it to be. Simple design and plenty of space. Its nice that the drain pan are removable. you can easily slide it out to dump the drained water and clean when needed. that solved the biggest issue I have had with many other racks. I always hated having to remove everything from the rack before I can clean it in the past. This thing solved the problem which is why I got this. De verdad vale la pena comprarlo porque sabes que te va a durar mucho tiempo.Es muy endeble, los alambres de la estructura son muy delgados, las charolas parecen casi de cartón aunque aparentemente son de plástico, se manchan fácilmente con el agua y no se les quita, no vale lo que cuesta, no la recomiendo...La verdad esta muy bien, solamente que las partes metalicas ya empezaron a despejarse despues de 6 meses de uso.Pero si esta funcional.
